12 Park Circus will be open from noon till 3PM on Sat 1st Oct for ex-members to visit.  Light snacks and soft drinks will be available at the Officers’ Mess Bar.  Please feel free to drop in and meet up with other members

The final payment date for the UGSAS 75th Dinner has now passed. However, some people have contacted OC UGSAS to say they cannot commit to the dinner until their rosters are released for Oct.  If this applies to you, please let OC UGSAS know and he will do his best to accommodate any late payments  

The UGSAS 75th Anniversary Dinner will take place at the Hilton Hotel, William St, Glasgow on Saturday, 1 Oct 2016.  The 75th Dinner will cost £65/head and includes a welcoming drink, 3 course meal, bottle of wine per person and port.  Park Circus will also be open during the day for people to come and visit/meet up, with soft drinks and refreshments being served. Spouses/partners are welcome to attend all events, including the dinner.  The Dress Code  suggested is black tie, with equivalent for ladies.

Tables seat 12 people. If you would like to sit together in a group, please e-mail the UGSAS Sec, Angela Duncan, at  6FTS-UGSAS-ADMIN02@mod.uk and she will pass on the details to OC UGSAS so a seating plan can be made up

To ensure you have a place at the 75th Dinner, please make a BACs transfer for £65/head to “UGSAS Club” Sort Code 80 07 60, Acct No 00831440, adding your name and “75th” to the transaction details. Alternatively, please send a cheque for £65/head made payable to “UGSAS Club” to the Admin Officer, 12 Park Circus, Glasgow, G3 6AX.  Whichever payment method you choose, please also e-mail the Sqn Admin Officer, Val O’Donnell, at 6FTS-UGSAS-ADMIN01@mod.uk to let her know you have made the payment.  NB.  To ensure you have a place at the Dinner, we must have received your payment by no later than the 1 Aug 2016.

Hotel Accommodation and Booking

The evening begins with welcoming drinks at 1900 or a 1930 meal. We have a private bar and function suite till 0100, after which those guests who are staying in the Hilton itself will have access to the Hotel Bar until 0300.  There is a discount code (ARAF16) to book accommodation but easiest way is through the link:  UGSAS HIlton Accom Booking Link

Check In

Check in is at 3 PM and check out at noon the following day.  Hilton Honors Card holders will receive their usual privileges.

Car Parking

Car parking is available at the Hilton itself.  A discounted rate of £12 for 24 hrs is available.
